The Ships Cook course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to work as a cook on a ship. The course covers topics such as food preparation, menu planning, food safety, and nutrition. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to work confidently and independently as a cook on a ship.

This course is as per requirements under MLC 2006 regulation 3.2- Food & Catering-training course, which covers practical cookery, food and personal hygiene, food storage, environmental protection catering health and safety.

Bookmarine is an ISO approved by Indian Register of Shipping. Ships Cook Training program is approved and acceptedby Liberia Maritime Authority, Marshall Islands Maritime Affairs, Malta Flag Administration, Tuvalu Ship Registry, Isle of Man and Vanuatu Maritime Authority.
