This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to work as a ships cook in the maritime industry. You will learn about menu planning, food preparation, cooking methods, food safety and hygiene, and storage. You will also have the opportunity to practice your cooking skills in a reallife setting.

 This course is as per requirements under MLC 2006 regulation 3.2- Food & Catering-training course, which covers practical cookery, food and personal hygiene, food storage, environmental protection catering health and safety.
