This course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to maintain food safety and hygiene in the workplace. You will learn about food safety hazards and how to control them, as well as the importance of personal hygiene in the food preparation area. The course will also cover cleaning and disinfection procedures, and how to handle and store food safely.

This course is as per requirements under MLC 2006 Regulation 3.2 – Food and catering – training course, food and personal hygiene, food storage, stock control, and environmental protection and catering health and safety.
