Saloon Rating Cookery Classes are designed to help you improve your cooking skills and learn new techniques. You will learn how to cook different types of food, how to use different utensils and how to prepare meals in a variety of ways. You will also learn about food safety and hygiene, and how to store and prepare food for different occasions.
This course is per requirements under MLC 2006 Regulation 3.2 – Food and Catering – training course, which covers practical cookery, food and personal hygiene, food storage, stock control, environmental protection catering health and safety.
