This course is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively manage a bridge team. Topics covered include team structure, communication, conflict resolution, and resource management. Students will have the opportunity to develop and practice these skills through case studies and group exercises.
This course satisfies regulation I/12 of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafareres 1978, as amended and Section A-VIII/2 and Section B-VIII/2 of the STCW Code and requirements as per IMO Model Course 1.22
