The Bridge Team Resource Management course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage a team of bridge resources. The course covers a variety of topics including team dynamics, communication, conflict resolution, and resource allocation. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to effectively manage a team of bridge resources and navigate the challenges that can arise during a project.
The course is designed as per the IMO Model Course 1.22. Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork and satisfies the STCW minimum standard for competence in Navigation at Operational Level (STCW A-II/I) and at Management Level (STCW A-II/2) STCW 2010 Section A/B-VIII/2. The Exercises are run on a RADAR ARPA NAVIGATION Simulator and covers all aspects all of Ship-handling, passage planning, collision avoidance regulations, bride team work and management and control of navigational errors.
